Who is this visit for?
Sleep that has stopped working. Heat that arrives without warning. A mood or a memory that does not feel like yours. Cycles that have changed, or stopped, or become unpredictable. Being told, more than once, that it is probably nothing.
She reviews your symptoms, your history and your lab results, then talks through the options.
How is treatment decided?
Care is individualized. Which medication, if any, depends on your health, how you tolerate medication, what you have tried before and how you responded, and what you prefer.
“Every decision should be guided by one unwavering principle: First, do no harm.”
