What happens next
- Pick the visit. New to the practice? Start with the New Patient Assessment. Booked as 45 minutes; with everything included it usually runs an hour.
- Pay when you book. The New Patient Assessment is $425. For other visits, the price shows when you book.
- It goes straight into her calendar. A video visit gets its link with the booking. Ask for a billing sheet, and Dr. Berkel sends it at the end of the visit for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
What not to send
Please leave medical details out of messages and email. Messaging is not secure enough for them, and neither is email. Bring them with you, or give them on the phone.

Who is this not for?
Children, and anything urgent. She is an internist, so she sees adults. For something that is wrong today, call the office, or 911 if it is an emergency.
Will I get a diagnosis or a prescription by message?
No. The medicine happens in the visit: the New Patient Assessment for somebody new to the practice.
