Pick the New Patient Assessment and pay when you book. It goes straight into Dr. Berkel’s calendar. A video visit gets its link with the booking.
2. The visit
Booked as 45 minutes; with everything included it usually runs an hour. In the Paramus office or by video, and she takes it herself.
3. Your bill
Ask for a billing sheet, and Dr. Berkel sends it at the end of the visit for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
