This website provides general information about the practice. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and reading it does not make you a patient. Do not use it for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Availability and fees

Services, settings, durations and fees shown here can change. Appointments are booked and paid on Calendly, not on this site. Visits are paid when you book. Ask for a billing sheet, and Dr. Berkel sends it at the end of the visit for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement. If you cancel, the full amount becomes a credit toward a future visit, good for one year. Visits are not refunded.
